The waiting area is actually nice with different clean seating areas available as well as drinks and snacks. In the past, I lived in Austin so I've been to 2 other Toyota service departments and I hated each one. They were dirty and had horrible customer service. After visiting multiple dealerships on Saturday from Austin to New Braunfels, we stopped in at San Marcos Toyota to check out a couple of used vehicles for one of my daughters. Jakob (Campbell?) greeted us professionally and listened to what we were looking for.
