In the past, I lived in Austin so I've been to 2 other Toyota service departments and I hated each one. They were dirty and had horrible customer service. If I move, I will definitely consider it worth the drive to go back to San Marcos for all my service needs. ”

“ Working with Jakob at San Marcos Toyota was by far one of the best experiences we have encountered. After visiting multiple dealerships on Saturday from Austin to New Braunfels, we stopped in at San Marcos Toyota to check out a couple of used vehicles for one of my daughters. Jakob (Campbell?) greeted us professionally and listened to what we were looking for. We drove a 2020 Nissan Rogue that checked all the boxes - price, milage, condition, features, etc. We decided to buy it and started the sales paperwork. Jakob was essentially the middle-man between us and the dealership and again listened to what we needed in structuring the deal. They are a very busy dealership so the "financing" took much longer than we expected but was still a very simple process with little to no pressure. All in all, I would highly recommend Jakob and San Marcos Toyota if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. He treated my daughter with respect and that goes a long way in my book.
