The waiting area is actually nice with different clean seating areas available as well as drinks and snacks. In the past, I lived in Austin so I've been to 2 other Toyota service departments and I hated each one. They were dirty and had horrible customer service. If I move, I will definitely consider it worth the drive to go back to San Marcos for all my service needs. ”

After visiting multiple dealerships on Saturday from Austin to New Braunfels, we stopped in at San Marcos Toyota to check out a couple of used vehicles for one of my daughters.
