We had an amazing experience at Toyota of San Marcos thanks to Paco. He answered the phone when we first called, invited us to come in the same day, and already had the truck pulled up and ready for us when we arrived. Paco was quick, efficient, and answered all of our questions. The deal exceeded our expectations, and the entire process took less than 2 hours. We drove off with our new truck the same day.

The service department here is top notch. They check you in quickly and are super polite and respectful. The waiting area is actually nice with different clean seating areas available as well as drinks and snacks. In the past, I lived in Austin so I've been to 2 other Toyota service departments and I hated each one. They were dirty and had horrible customer service. If I move, I will definitely consider it worth the drive to go back to San Marcos for all my service needs.
Working with Jakob at San Marcos Toyota was by far one of the best experiences we have encountered. After visiting multiple dealerships on Saturday from Austin to New Braunfels, we stopped in at San Marcos Toyota to check out a couple of used vehicles for one of my daughters. Jakob (Campbell?) greeted us professionally and listened to what we were looking for. We drove a 2020 Nissan Rogue that checked all the boxes - price, milage, condition, features, etc. We decided to buy it and started the sales paperwork. Jakob was essentially the middle-man between us and the dealership and again listened to what we needed in structuring the deal. They are a very busy dealership so the "financing" took much longer than we expected but was still a very simple process with little to no pressure. All in all, I would highly recommend Jakob and San Marcos Toyota if you are looking for a new or used vehicle. He treated my daughter with respect and that goes a long way in my book. Yes I call in. Got a nice welcomed to come in talk trade in and get a new vehicle. The staff was great. Dealt with Sales Rep both Logan and Jakob. Really offered me an amazing deal. Thanks for the great buying experience! This dealership was not typical and I felt like our salesperson valued us and our time! Ethan was great to work with and not overly pushy like sales I have dealt with in the past. The sales process was easy and not rushed, it was a nice change after some poor experiences at other dealerships lately!
Kori & Steven were absolutely amazing. This is my third car and the ONLY time I’ve had a good experience getting a car. I took my truck in for service and found myself walking out with a 2025 Tundra Platinum! I had the pleasure of working with Logan Dunne and he was a breath of fresh air. He's very open and honest and has a zero pressure style of selling which is refreshing. He made the entire process easy and really went to at bat for me to get me a great truck at a phenomenal price. Now I know: Everything that anyone says about how great Toyotas are is true. I have had my Toyota Highlander for four months and am loving the driving experience whether around town or on a road trip. My buying experience at San Marcos Toyota was the best I've ever experienced. They don't really have to "sell" cars - Toyotas speak for themselves. I guess that is why so many people continue to buy Toyotas after their first one. Still, Charles Shaw was very thorough and thoughtful as he helped me find the perfect fit for my needs. (Right down to the interior "matching" my beloved dog, Freda!) I recommend visiting Charles at San Marcos Toyota for your interest in new or used Toyotas - as he knows what he is talking about and cuts through the usual "car-sales" talk. Not only that, but he is a lifelong Texas music fan, which speaks highly of his character and taste!

San Marcos Toyota is the place to go if you’re looking to trade in your vehicle or buy new! Typically, when you walk into a dealership you are swarmed by salesman and gratefully this was not the case. When we entered the dealership we immediately felt like family. Jack, the sales manager was warm and welcoming alongside Josh who was our salesman! They listened to exactly what I needed for our family, we’re extremely knowledgeable and we’re dedicated that we get the best deal possible. (Thank you Craig!!) Very good team here with excellent customer service. Daniel is the salesperson you should be looking for. He listens proactively and does his best to ensure you obtain satisfaction. The Finance Manager and the Head of Sales did very well. The entire buying process was smooth and fast. No drama.

Back to Maya, she didn't pressure us to buying and the was no money needed to reserve a car/truck. If I buy another Toyota, I'd pick San Marcos Toyota any day of the week and work with Maya.

Sam, my salesman, helped me through the whole process with no pushy tactics, and Danny, my finance manager, smoothed the road forward. I bought exactly what I wanted for less than expected! I recently purchased a 2021 Highlander. I noticed a minor defect in the car the following morning (the defect was easily repairable). I contacted the dealership and they apologized profusely and arranged to have me exchange the car for a new one. They have outstanding customer service. I definitely plan on buying from them again and recommending them to my friends and family.
The experience one will undergo at this dealership is phenomenal. Especially when you get to work with Megan, Sam, and Dylan. Megan and Sam will treat you with respect and honesty. Dylan will ensure that you are very well taken care of and that all questions are answered in a enjoyable and friendly manner. The whole experience was genuinely beyond those we have been through in the past!

we came in just to look at Rav4's. Logan Dunne met us at the door, showed us a couple models with no pressure at all. We really liked the xse phev with all the bells and whistles but thought it would be out of our price range. But Logan was able to come up with a deal we couldn't walk away from. We're very happy with our experience and have a fantastic new vehicle. I would recommend them and Logan very highly.
