Picture this: you head to our Toyota dealership looking for a Toyota RAV4 Hybrid for sale, only to discover that there are seven different trim levels available! We have often seen the look of surprise and uncertainty come across the faces of our customers when they are confronted by far more options than they had expected; this is understandable since many companies don’t even have hybrid options, let alone so many just when looking at one model. The good news, however, is that we’re happy to answer all of your questions about the RAV4 Hybrid and everything it has to offer. Even better, today we’re going to show you what each of these trim levels offers you; let’s check out the 2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid to see which trim has everything you need.

2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid LE

There’s no better place to start with the RAV4 Hybrid than the standard LE trim since it provides the foundation that other trim levels build upon. For starters, you get an impressive 2.5L four-cylinder engine that provides 219 hp to ensure you have a great time behind the wheel—this is excellent performance for a compact SUV. The RAV4 Hybrid comes with standard electronic on-demand all-wheel drive and an electronically controlled continuously variable transmission for an incredibly smooth and responsive driving experience. Despite this impressive performance, you get an EPA-estimated 41 MPG in the city, 38 MPG on the highway, and 39 MPG combined fuel efficiency with this SUV.

Looking at the LE trim, you’ll find 17-inch wheels, along with LED daytime running lights, body-color bumpers, and dual chrome exhaust tips for an added touch of style. The side mirrors are black and power-adjustable, plus you get LED low-beams and high-beams with chrome accents, LED tail lights, and more beautiful exterior details. Inside this starting trim, you will find fabric seating with a six-way driver’s seat and a four-way front passenger's seat, remote keyless entry, and dual-zone automatic climate control. A digital speedometer with a seven-inch Multi-Information Display (MID) is standard, along with an eight-inch Toyota Multimedia screen and a six-speaker sound system.

One of our favorite things about the RAV4 Hybrid is the remarkable selection of standard safety features you get on every trim. The LE features Toyota Safety Sense 2.5 with a Pre-Collision System with Pedestrian Detection, Full-Speed Range Dynamic Radar Cruise Control, and Lane Departure Alert with Steering Assist. You also get Lane Tracing Assist to help you stay safely in your lane, Automatic High Beams, and Road Sign Assist. Additional features like Blind Spot Monitor are available for the LE but not standard. All of this comes together to make for an incredible starting point for this stylish and fun SUV.

2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE

If you like the standard features of the RAV4 Hybrid but want a few upgrades, then the XLE trim is a great one to check out. A number of options are available for this trim that you can’t get on the base version, such as a height-adjustable power liftgate and a power moonroof to enjoy while driving. The XLE has body-color heated side mirrors with turn signals and blind spot warning indicators incorporated into them. Inside, you’ll find an eight-way power driver’s seat for added comfort while you’re on the road, while heated front seats and more options are available. This trim comes standard with Blind Spot Monitor and Rear Cross-Traffic Alert for added safety while you’re on the road.

2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XLE Premium

Moving up to the XLE Premium gives you an even more refined experience with a number of included features that are optional on the XLE. This trim comes with larger 18-inch wheels that look stunning; it also comes with the height-adjustable power liftgate standard, along with the power moonroof and integrated LED fog lights. Inside, you’ll find SofTex-trimmed seating that looks and feels amazing, with heated front seats and a wireless charging pad both available. You can also get more available upgrades, such as a digital rearview mirror and a larger 10.5-inch Multimedia display with an advanced sound system. Plus, the XLE Premium comes with a leather-trimmed steering wheel and shift lever.

2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Woodland Edition

For something a little different, the RAV4 Hybrid Woodland Edition gives you some off-road functionality and enhanced engineering. For starters, you get a TRD-tuned off-road suspension that can handle rough terrain better than other trims, along with 18-inch TRD flow-formed wheels wrapped in Falken all-terrain tires that are perfect for leaving paved roads behind. A distinct two-tone exterior is available for a bold look, plus you get front and rear mudguards, black exterior accents, and special Woodland Edition badging. Inside, you get durable fabric-trimmed seating, a Smart Key system, and more. Overall, this is the perfect choice if you want an adventure-ready hybrid SUV.

2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid SE

The second set of available RAV4 Hybrid trims starts with the SE, which features 18-inch wheels and has the power liftgate and power moonroof as available options. You get a sport-tuned suspension on the SE trim, which makes it incredibly fun to drive around town and enjoy each day. Inside, you’ll find fabric-trimmed seats with distinctive blue stitching that adds a subtle yet elegant touch of style and an eight-way driver’s seat to keep you comfortable. Additional blue accents on the dashboard create a stunning cabin that you’ll look forward to getting into in the morning and at the end of each day.

2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid XSE

As the penultimate trim level for the 2025 RAV4 Hybrid, the XSE builds on many of the SE’s features and adds some elegant and sophisticated details that other trims lack. This option has the same 18-inch wheels as the SE but features a two-tone exterior for an extra touch of style, and it comes with the height-adjustable power liftgate and power moonroof. Inside, you’ll find a gorgeously appointed cabin featuring SofTex-trimmed seating with the blue stitching found in the SE, and heated front seats are standard in this trim. You’ll find blue ambient illumination within the XSE to heighten your driving experience, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, and even a 10.5-inch Toyota Multimedia display, all included standard.

2025 Toyota RAV4 Hybrid Limited

Finally, the Limited trim is the ultimate expression of what the RAV4 Hybrid has to offer, starting with 18-inch multi-spoke dark metallic-finished wheels. Available options include a height-adjustable power liftgate with foot activation (you won’t find this on other trims), a panoramic glass roof with a moonroof up front, and rain-sensing windshield wipers. Inside the Limited, you get heated and ventilated front seats, plus SofTex-trimmed seating that includes an eight-way power driver’s seat and four-way power front-passenger seat; rear heated seats are available. The Limited comes with a larger 12.3-inch digital gauge cluster display with customizable settings, a 10.5-inch Toyota Multimedia display, and even an 11-speaker JBL sound system to provide you with a fantastic driving experience each day.
